This is definitely a nice demo on how not to play the Drowning Doom. Spamming Gravediggers is suicide - they should be made once right off the bat with two Brides and a Frightwig to distract ranged units, and that's it. Otherwise you're just delaying your stage upgrade, which is essential. A few Ratguts could've dominated that little rush.

No, no. TC is cheap, IH takes skill to use, and I barely use Fire Barons, defense sucks, they're just a Tick Chopper you can keep making.

Yeah, but if since you get them at level two stage, they're cheap, build fast, travel fast, three to a group, and they kill off your entire army, which is at that point made up of three brides, four ratguts, and two organists, you cant realy harm that many vehicles, and the second you do, they bring more in. If you somehow manage to survive this, they bide their time until they get the rock crusher, kill off your entire army in one shot, and go to town on your base. QED, Ironheade is cheap.

I need a level three stage to get them. That costs me 700 fans, plus my army. Sure the broods are fairly cheap and build fast, but the trick is getting to them. Especialy if you're on a map w/ few fan geysers.

i like to start out drowning doom with 3 brides and maybe a diggers. theyre helpful at the begining because thier double team can take down a fan gyser quick

Personally, I think Tainted Coil is wayyy too overpowered.

They can spawn units anywhere on the field.

They have some of the most powerful AoE attacks in the game.

And Deviculus's solos are pretty unstoppable.

well, tainted coil ARE powerful, but this power has a cost: in fact i observed that very often, the units are created on the field, letting the stage unprotected (or very little)... so i do this: i send decoy on fans geysers, to force my opponent to take care of them (if he wants to summon bleeding shit he will needs it, if not i'll keep them:D), then summon lot of cheap units and rush on stage... but it's often the same thing, so i'm planning to try to use drowning doom

its more like a triangle tainted pwns drowning, drowning pwns ironheade and iron vs tainted is equal battle but best thing to do on start with drowning is 1 of each unit 2 groups of this and attack 2 geysers so you get fans quickly to upgrade get the debuff units and finish em off quickly

I think its the other way around. I always play as drowning doom, One of the best stategies i can offer is to guard your base with brides, ratguts, organists, the baby carriage things, and a treeback. To attack, DT w/ a baby, drive it to the enemy stage and suicide bomb it. Its a slow strategy and works w/ more players on your team.

You can charge the spotlight for a lot more damage (destroys Fire Lords in a single hit).
