your comb is not a conductor, therefore it does not conduct electricity. What you do is you charge it when you run it through your hair few times giving it energy. that energy will stay there untill you touch something with it. E.g. your hand.

If you noticed what penny he was using, it was a wheat penny, or wheat cent, and in 1943 wheat pennies were made of steel and zinc. So while a regular penny wil not react to a magnet, a wheat penny from 1943 will. The same goes for the quater, it has Nickel in it which is a ferromagnetic metal just like the steel in the penny, and thus through any number of tricks both the penny and the quarter are being manipulated off camera by a magnet. The pyramid is just for show I suppose.

actually, it isn't fake! However, the pyramid is doing absolutely nothing. when he bends the water stream, he has charged himself up statically. You can do it with any object that can hold a static charge. If you bring something that has a static charge close to a thin stream of water it deflects because the water molecules have an electric dipole and thus will try to move toward a charged object.
