every time you do piping and instrumentation request a P&ID piping and instrument diagram A flow diagram with expected level of flow would be nice also. That is how we do it at a chlorine plant anyway. Simple diagram shows pipe size and spec. valves and type, instruments and location and type (pnumatic inpedence ect.)( field remote or control panel) and general appearance of equip. (K.O. drums compressers ect)
My family russell county Ky. and I have had some the same experences as you have.There were points in your story I knewn what you were going to say before you even got the words out of your mouth.
From dealing with "oil men" using the term very loosely you can very easyly tell when they are lieing "their lips move".
They make all their money "on top of the ground by defrauding investors and landowners like ourselfs.
You are a great story teller,wellspoken and very clear.
