What makes you follow the tiny game that is rugby league when you are surrounded by the global phenomena that is football, Aka the World Game??? The sport that you follow is nothing more than a pathetic MICRO sport realistically played in only five nations. While the game that I and the rest of the world follows is the number 1 sport in 220 countries, number 2 sport in 30 countries and the sport played in a total of 264 nations.

To be fair his team probably is too. Secretley he probably supports Liverpool or Man utd and defects to City when it looks like promotion is on the cards. The stadium was only built when City signed up to it. FC had signed up for a year and nothing happened. As Cllr Larsen said, and he's an FC fan, they couldn't justify building a stadium like that without the football club being involved.
Remember the campaign by the egg-chasers to get it built smaller, 15,000? They know that it is too big for fat men wrestling. When it is extended, and it will be extended because of City not FC you'll look even more lost in the stadium.
The council wouldn't have built the stadium without FC either. Before the stadium came along City were averaging 6-7000 pretty much the same as FC. The only way the council could justify building the stadium 25000 was to have income coming in by both Rugby and Football on a weekly basis. Infact the only two times the Stadium has sold out to its max capacity it when Viking FM did there westlife concert and Great Britain V Australia in RL. It may get extended because of City, but FC v KR sell out.
Nonsense. As I said Cllr Larsen (do you want a link to the article) said that it would not have been possible to justify a 25,000 stadium without City. As I said you lot were campaigning to get a 15,000 stadium. City largest crowd was higher than FC's highest at the KC. The only thing which as prevented City having a capacity crowd a few times has been the problems of segregation as the stadium was not designed properly for this. Notice a few times whereas Fc have only had over 20,,000 for KR.
City averaged 12,000 the season before they moved into the KC and FC averaged 8,000. Of course we were in the bottom division and FC were in the highest. They couldn't justify 25,000 just for FC as they haven't had a crowd over 25,000 for a home game since the 1930's whilst in that time city have had crowds of over 30,000, 40,000 and 50,000. In fact the biggest attendance for an FC V KR league derby was 26,000 when City lent Rovers the ground when it held 42,000 so it wasn't even a sell out then
