As someone who's dislocated his shoulder a few times the thing that's wrong about this episode is how calm Penny is supposed to be. If you're normal & you've ever had your shoulder out of its socket it's about the worst physical pain you can experience. Of course, if you're double jointed or can pop your shoulder in and out it won't feel that way. However, if you're tightly jointed it's horrifying. It literally feels like your arm is being ripped out of its socket because, well it kind of is.
