Excellent video. Really easy to follow and ideal for complete novices who want to get into business analysis and the more experienced. The newbies to the subject literally just need the function and process models to start with.

The more experienced of us would do well to adopt this integrated approach as it saves time and money, stops duplication and just simplifies everything. An excellent video which demonstrates a lot of thought. I particularly like the sub titles Well done John!

Business process modeling is new to me, and I now see the sense in integrating all of the common modeling techniques into one method. Excellent concept and the eBooks sound like they are indeed worth a read!
