SWCC's are engaging more and more these days with land warfare. Its just to show you how diverse NSW can really be. there is no one oon the planet that NSW cannot reach out and touch.

i know SWCCs also assist in land assults, but how often is that. My SEAL/SWCC DEP instructor was talking about SWCC's also going inland to do shit. anyone know anything about that?
in some remote places you're living in compounds that you may need to defend. You don't live on boats, most of the planning and logistics are on land. You'll be working in tandem/blending with land units. You'll also be driving Humvees around sketchy places that feel like Blackhawk Down waiting to happen.
Conventional Riverine guys go through USMS infantry school, SWCC get in-house trng in Coronado & then at their Team. SWCCs LAND role is generally conventional but they have more toys MP5 etc.

I was just wondering, i hear that some boat teams do riverine ops. the others do open sea stuff. i know that the open ocean guys jump, but are all swcc's jump qualified? also, do SWCC's ever do any boarding like in this vid with the SEAL's. I heard hat the SWCC training is some of the toughtest there is. what should i do that would prepare me? if i do join that is.the main reason i wouldnt would be if i dont make it
