Install game wen u buy it to the system put in ur game and start it go to dashboard then go to game library look 4 the game that's in and install it there and it does work I did it with my mw2 it works good

everybody i fixed it just get the game from a friend or rent it put in the xbox install the game to the harddisc then when it finished installing take out the game that u toke it from ur friend or rent it and put ur disc then enjoy playing if it did not work restart ur xbox if it didnt send a message telling me the problem

This happened to one of my games as well but what I always do when I get a new game is install it to my hard drive and let my X360 lie down instead of having it standing, works like a charm and prevents these stupid circles :D

People don't listen to what Gamestop says about it being a (Data burn). They will actually buy it off you for dirt cheap, send it away to get resurfaced (just like in the video) and it will be sent back to the store for sale. When you see a game that says "refurbished" that's all that is. Gamestop rarely has machines that will fix it on location but like he said. Most DvD rental places or CD shops have them. Source of information , brother works at GS Hope this helps.

Happened to me, with Skyrim :(

I brought it in to get resurfaced and it looked perfected. All what was left was 1/4 of a very very faint line, I was soo happy.

Until I got home and it never worked, gets to the loading screen and just locks up.

Stupid me just moving the console back (sliding) and RaaaabuZzzzGrind.

Unreal, you literally need to strain to see the scratch now.

@P1Jake If you left it in your Xbox for too long, I'm afraid it may have scratched the data. I was very close to the Xbox, so mine was scratched for less than 5 seconds.
