These are pretty ugly shoes, but I wanted to test shoes comparable to the Asics Nimbus(I've owned 10+ pair of em). I'm a 5'11 165lb occasional 10k runner w/ mid arch and slight pronation, and I purchased these Brooks instead. The newest Nimbus was too marshmellow-ee in the front. These and other Brooks models are well worth checking out!
Migrating from Saucony Kinvara due to anterior shin splints. A 200lb man just needs more when running a lot. I was all set for the Glycerin 9, til I stumbled upon the Ghost 4. I'm not sure 'full length' DNA is worth $30 than the heel & front DNA of the Ghost 4. I suggest checking out the Ghost 4. You'll save some money and look a lot better, too.
the green looks way better in person. i saw them in the store today and they look great!
