been watching this video for years cause the subtleties of the video and the live sound is, well, extraordinary. Crazy peeps are still posting.

I also become very hopeful knowing there are women on the planet like bjork; so in tune with herself, her emotions, so intimate and thoughtful and wide eyed about the world. I can imagine she as a child being very curious. I then get sad knowing I'll probably never find a woman quite so curious and in tune with herself and not full of bullsh**.

This is one of the biggest myths about Bjork. Actually, these guys did not produce this song and did not create the beats for it. They arranged the beats for the life performance. As for the whole album - they did not produce it as well, but helped with programming on 4 songs. The producers were Bjork, Knak (for this song) and Console (for Heirloom). So these guys are not the reason these songs exist, but they deserve their credit for live performance.

@bnin90 They are Matmos...not "those gay guys" and Björk brought them in after every thing was written to add texture to the songs. They aren't the reason half the songs exist, Björk is. Matmos is great, but anyone could go in and add interesting beats, the hard part is composing the actual melodies/harmonies of the song. Matmos does deserve credit, but you're giving them a little too much.

There are certains songs that touch the soul... deep down inside ourselves...without us knowing sometimes. Its very dificult for a musician to bring out those emotions out. Bjork has that "special touch" of making those emotions and feelings come out in us. I admire her style of composition and her style too. One hell of a cool lady! Very original indeed!
