Of course it is. Why? Because a TV-studio can never provide what a concert needs. Every TV-show is a playback. Still the artists are there, performing their songs. Playback? Yes. But still sung by themselves.

It's just that at some point in history many artists stopped really performing live. Alas in many cases because they simply didn't have the chops to do so. ( not referring to ABBA )

This was a song that ABBA made to try and move into the 80's modern pop genre. Personally I think this is one of their best songs yet they split soon after its release. I think they could have modernized the band so easily with their talent and could have continued well into the 90's and who knows thousands would still have bought their records today.

So while all of the rest of the band was miming, he always was the one with nerves because he actually had to sing live. I don't have proof, but I believe that this is the case with this song. You have no proof to the opposite. Also I was speaking generally as well, I have seen her sing at actual, live performances.

@at90percent i agree with what you say about the singer singing live over a backing track of the band, a classic example is of Bowie (Ziggy) singing over a backing track on The Old Grey Whistle Test while The Spiders mimed their instruments behind him. but Bowie had a mic in front of him. Agnetha has no mic anywhere near her. As much as i adore this performance i still believe she is miming. :-)
