@JamesGehrig I have downloaded the software last week and it works quite well. When you launch it, it asks to upload some pictures and you can choose them from a windows explorer window. You can then submit them to the website and it automatically sends back the results. I'm not sure about the problems you have with the software but if you were not able to use it, that doesn't mean it's crap.

@rickyMontreal I get nothing like that... I wish I could show you my screen. there is nothing that asks for images..
