Diablo 3 is Confirmed to NOT be coming out in 2009 or 2010. Starcraft 2 WILL be coming out in 2010, before Diablo 3.

All the stuff they've shown is literally about all they have. Jay Wilson has said that they need to have one highly polished part of the game that they can use as an example for their development team.

2011 will be Diablo 3, although it may be delayed till early-mid 2012.

The next milestone for D3 will be when the 5th class will be announced. My guess is a female hybrid Rogue-Amazon-Ranger class. She will be announced before the end of this year, or no later than Q1 of 2010.
