I didn't interpret the video as 'domestic violence' but as some sadistic psycho that has kidnapped a woman. The woman, while trying to escape, ends up inflicting pain as well and discovers she enjoys it (which is why she hits him with the car and then kisses him). Frankly, I only see two crazy people addicted to violence. After the video, they'll probably go on a murder spree together and then kill each other.
