  • Not saying it wasn't a great lift but I am 5'10 and weigh 141lbs and can do this....

  • that shit cray i can only do one rep of that as my max

  • triceratops!!

  • Pretty sure his form is fine, all these people saying do this and do that obviously can't dip 3 platesx11. Way to not lockout and keep those triceps under tension, huge arms

  • Nice bro! Killer tri's!

  • managed to get 8 dips at 90lb. friday... That was the most anyone had seen at my little gym. This gives me motivation to work harder.

  • Great strenght: and humongous arms.

  • Good video keep them coming.

  • Beast mode!

  • Nice work brother. There is no such thing as lower chest, just pec major and pec minor. Train movements not individual muscles.

  • steezy

  • Pretty good man! Keep up the good work but stop with the gay ass bouncing around.

  • Good shit!

  • Exactly what is the beneift of wighted dips, and how do they compare with benchpresses for STRENGTH development?

  • @rmsolympic1 it's the same benefit as doing regular bodyweight dips - great movement for the lower chest, as well as triceps and front delts. And adding weight to the exercise makes it an even better mass builder.

  • @rmsolympic1 To understand the benefits you must do 2-3 sets with some weight that allows you to do 5-6 reps. Then, listen to your body day after. To say that dips work more muscles is to say nothing. I'd describe it this way: After benching i feel like an elefant, after weghtdipping i feel like a fucking tiger!!! One of the absolutely best upper body exercises!

  • @valgez I like that explanation-the elephant and tiger images really help me feel the difference.

  • @rmsolympic1 On your way up, don't emphasize your triceps - go up using your whole body, - abdominal muscles, chest, shoulders and arms.

  • bskola ur my role model dont u get shoulder pain ,how do u warm up

  • Good work.

  • Sick tri's.

  • thats badass as hell. good form, and the arms are proof

  • great going, impressive

  • your triceps are eating your arms

  • @Hegemon54 LMAO :D

  • Holy shit how tall are you? haha your huge but your short as shit. Good hit. Im happy with my weighted dips at 90lbs.

  • Great Job....How come I can dip 135x6 yet my arms are not half your size...

  • Well, probably because he weighs 50 pounds more than you and yet is still doing twice the reps. Try doing reps with 185 around your waist to equal him.

But also because his supplementation is probably superior to yours. Are you taking creatine and getting 200 grams of protein a day, along with enough omega 3 fats?

His routine is probably more geared to hypertrophy than yours, giving him more size relative to his strength than you.

That explains much of it. The rest is probably genetics.

  • nice explanation, man.

  • Thank you. I forgot all about this comment from last year...

  • @A550RGY most of it is genetics and a lot of hard work and time not so much creatine imo.

  • You're probably skinnier. Your bodyweight count too. You're probably putting too much focus on dips and not enough on squat. That's why you look like crap.

  • Very good job. Massive arms bro. Enjoy watching your lifting form

  • no shoulder death?

  • great job. I wish i could do weighted dips with that much, however i do weigh just a little under what you weigh with that 135 hahah. best weighted dip form i've ever seen

  • great job dude. best form i've seen with someone doing weighted dips. yer a fuckin monster lol

  • Totally awesome, man. You're a beast. Keep it up.

  • lol I have that same shirt. got it at the arnold classic for $10
