  • You're still a fucking fat ass.

  • Congrats on your current progress.. You are on the road to the fitness promise land.. And I see you at the finish line soon.. Keep up the great work...

  • Keep it up dude. Looking good!

  • wow you still look like shit.

  • @AlexanderMaxim070 LMFAO ur fucked up hahaha

  • I don't know if I took that number down wrong I walk.......A lot! lmfao

  • awssome looking foward to p90x my self im about to start, currently 274 pounds, one quick question though how did you make it throught yoga x? did you skip on some of the excersises or what?

  • great job! keep it up!

  • Keep up the great workout man. Definitely inspirational to us fellow big guys!!!

  • Thanks for putting this up here from a big guy to another big guy i need to the motivation. i have started P90X twice and have quit twice. I about to start again come March 1 this time with someone. But thank you for putting your video up here i would not have had the guts to do so. But it helps me to know someone wiht my body type is doing it also.

  • wow man i love videos like these. Meaning that seeing people who were in no shape at all, havent clearly ever exercised, and then show great and realistic results.

Im thinking of getting p90x, but i wanted to see results from people like you, that it really is an effective system

  • keep goin man hop you finish it and make it a lifestyle change

  • hey can you post any new pictures? my friend is doing the P90X also and he is losing alot of weight and getting into shape=)

I think if you can post pictures again you should do it side by side from the day you started to the day now. like ok front view of the day you started to this day now, right side to the same side now left to left and back to back now. it would be a great seller for people to see that it actually works for somebody that is a little heavier=)

  • Hey man, great video! I'm a bigger guy myself, about 280lbs. I'm thinking about trying P90X, but haven't read too much on it yet. One thing I've been hearing from people is that you need a pull-up bar, but I'm worried about the pull-up bar exercises, cause I doubt I can do them at the moment. What did you do for those exercises; just did them, passed on them, or did something else? Keep it up!

  • KEEP IT UP BRO

  • keep up the good work

  • Keep it up bro!

  • Dude, awesome! I just started this and Its great to see a REAL person's results. keep up the work bro!

  • aye!!!! thanks for this video.. i needed that... its encouraging to see progress, i didnt take picture but know i see how important thery are...

  • awsome on the fat loss, but how about the saggy skin now??

  • you mean you lost 0.5 inches off your wrist (8 - 7.5 = 0.5 not 1.5), you could just use excel "=b3-c3" to do it for you too...

  • Great job bro, im starting soon thank more the motivation

  • how did u lose ankle.......its a bone......im 350lbs and about to start p90x but my ankles dont have anything on them

  • Dude, you doing great, im going to be starting P90x i hope i get your results :)

  • Good job man, i hope the best for you and i respect your choice for better health!

  • NICE GOOD JOB...DID YOU USE ANY SUPPLEMENTS?

  • Congratulations ... It takes a lot of discipline to achieve those results ... I'm struggling to keep up but I'm trying :) lol... Keep rocking!!

  • good job man ur very insperational for me cuz u know me and u are both on the bigger side of humanity (no harm intended) and to see how well its working for you gives me alot more confidence me and my dad plan to start this very soon and i rly wanna post are progress soooo u should swing by from now and then to check it out and keep up the good work bro looking great! :)

  • in thirty days you melted! wow

  • Im getting ready to buy p90x to get back down to my 36inch waist (42 now) and i was wondering after watching the sample videos and from your personal experience, are you able to keep up with vid when you first start. cause i look at some of them work outs and tried them out on my own and i think it'll be 30 days before i can actually do some of them workouts well.

  • Great job. It takes a lot of guts for you to post your progress on YouTube. I just did my first day of P90X last night. I'm running at about 31% body fat. Night 1 nearly killed me (chest and back)...P90X is no joke. By the time I was half way through with Ab Ripper X, my body gave out...I had to complete the rest of the workout the following morning.

  • do you thin lean will work to by the way looking good man

  • @TheDirtysanchez33 it should. as long as you're getting a good work out. your way of eating is the most important, imho.

  • thats awesome!!! and im on the bigger side, so its good to see such great results from someone who wasnt in the best of shape to begin with. (i mean no harm from that! :) ) but keep it up man! youre a great inspiration!!!! im starting p90x in a few weeks

  • @janeeiscool1 haha..thanks! are you going to post your progress on youtube?

  • @jTnLV ;

Thanks for posting your video! I've been thinking about buying P90X. Now I'm sold, that it can work for me as well. I wanted to mention to you, the use of compression suits. They are excellent, for keeping your skin toned, so there is no sagging skin after your weightloss. And they will do wonders for your chest. If you check out videos, of people who have had By-Pass surgery, you will see the diff. it makes. Anyways, keep up the great work!

  • Good job keep it up I'm trying just not getting any encouragement for ppl around

  • @MRWHIPDAMAG sometimes you have to encourage yourself. =) and there's ton of awesome people here in the youtube weight loss community. i mean tons of support.

  • keep it up man ure gonna be jacked

  • sir did u use lean

  • @TheDirtysanchez33 Hey, it was classic p90x.

  • Good Job man. i plan on starting my wait loss journey with P90X in about a monht cant wait!

  • @spider92111 sweet!! =)

  • @spider92111 P90x for weight loss is like practicing golf to become a snooker player.

It's all in the diet and cardio. Sort the diet out, start a 10k running program. You'll get much more solid weight loss then.

P90 is all about strength, endurance and some muscle gains. It's tiring but not efficient cardio in most of the dvds

  • @johnaiton I don't think running would be the best for him at his weight. But I do agree that he should do a cardio video instead of p90x. I did tae bo about 8 years ago and lost almost a 100 lbs. But hey, if p90x works for him that's great! I mean 25 lbs in a month is awesome. Keep it up man!

  • Good bro....keep it up....im really impressed...and inspired by your motivation. I cant wait to see day 180!

  • @FabricatedAmerican thanks!! =)

  • oohhh shitttt, two days without food, after seen this.

  • O wow! You can really see the changes in the side profiles. Nice work!

  • @CandyMomma14 thanks! hoping to get the same results or better this time around with turbo fire.

  • nice boobs kid.

  • @Erannzz You r so fucking idiot man

  • @zoirozada I know , and someone needs to kill me as soon as possible

  • freakin awsome job keep up the good work

  • @jabbeast2007 thx!!

  • Good on you for doing this! Really, keep it up! :)

  • @TheQualityShow thanks, i really appreciate the support!

  • Eh the pullup bars that are rated for 300lbs can hold more so long as your on a sturdy wall, when I weighed 330 they supported me, plus if your using it, your typically going to be putting your leg on something to support you so you can do assisted pullups once you've reached your pull up failure. So really, your putting less weight on it then thought. Couldn't hurt to try it. I bought the gold Gym's pull up bar, its the same as P90x's but it's 20-30 cheaper or so.

  • @Mesphinal thanks for the advice!!

  • great math, thigh 33" - 32" = (2)???

  • @Jameswb98 i'm not that great at math =) sorry.

  • Keep up the great work! Your doing great!

  • @ixSICKHABITxi thanks !!

  • great job!!! I'm on weak 4 of Power 90. I'm going to get the P90X

  • @scruffnutz first time i've heard them called that. =)

  • Consider using Epistalene---it is a perfectly legal supplement. It is a fucking miracle drug. Your man boobies will disappear. It will be the best 50 dollars you ever spend. Use some milk thistle with it as well.

  • @MetaMorphy i'm not a fan of supplements, but thanks for the suggestion.

  • dude, plz... do not give up! ever! keep pushing urself, after seeing this i am going to buy p90x and keep in contact with you,, ordinary people can extraordinary things if they put their mind to it.. u are a great example

  • @tbear116 wow, thanks for the comment. I haven't given up just slowed down just a tad but I'm still in the game. =)

  • I love the way you use excel for keeping track! I'm going to try that :)

Keep it going man. I hope you do well, i mean, you WILL DO WELL :)

  • @pmccallig18 thanks! glad i could help out!

  • Congrats... Hope you're still continuing with your success!!!

  • @Khatsalano thx!!

  • Thats damn good, man! Keep on going, im going to make this P90X after I finish HipHop ABS! I start week 3 tomorrow and I see big results!

  • @MattArashi thanks for the comment! how's everything working for you?

  • your about to be big as fuck ha....all that fat is ganna transform you to a beast

  • @DROBLUNT1 hope so! thx!

  • i know this question may defeat the purpose of this whole thing. but do you follow any kind of diet as well as the exercise? i hate diet.

  • @dom8877 That's exactly what I wanna know too! I wanna eat what ever I want, work out everyday and get ripped!

  • @dom8877 diet doesnt always mean you have to starve yourself. starving yourself while trying to lose is actually bad. becuase what your body does, is it recognizes that its not getting enough fuel and it starts storing fat away by itself. so just eat like 4 balanced meals a day. lots of greens and meats like chicken even beef. losing weight and gaining muscle depends mostly on how you eat.

  • @KitchenSpeclol i agree...i didn't starve myself but there were days where i had to make myself eat even though i wasn't hungry...esp since the workouts are so demanding. for me the diet was easy..the work outs were the biggest challenge--some days.

  • @jTnLV nice. how are you looking now? any updates? whats your weight? lol you could probably be the new jared for subway or something. make some stories up about eating fresh and get paid a buttload of cash for it. fastfood chains love that shit.

  • @KitchenSpeclol haha, i slacked off a bit but i'm now on a really great program with turbo fire, p90x and hip hop abs. having a blast with the workouts. i made it down to 48 in pants. at the time of the video i was at a 52 so i'm happy with the inches lost..added some weight back but i'm at 374 now.

  • @dom8877 I think the eating is the most important...it helped my weight loss greatly. I didn't use any recipes that p90x provided...i wanted something very easy to follow so I pretty much ate the same thing every day. green smoothie in the morning, broc and chicken, protein shake, broc and chicken, protein shake, and broc and chicken. and of i snacked on apples and bananas sometimes during the day.

  • great job man keep it up now i just gotta get my fat ass up and finally do it after owning it for almost a year now lol

  • @johnandreula13 thanks! it works it just takes dedication and TBH i've slacked a bit this year but you can always start again..and work harder.

  • good job man keep it up!!!!

  • @sassyary thx!!

  • keep going bro... great job. how is plyo treating you?

  • @noooblover I've slacked a bit but getting back into the mix again. but i'm stoked.

  • wow thats only day 30 good job , im starting as soon as i buy my equipments

  • @furu4e congrats..all the best and have a blast!

  • thanks for the post man. I'm 20 and about as big as you when you started. I figured its time to do something & I figured if im going to do this i have to do it hardcore and I kept seeing the infomercials but i was skeptical if it would work for a big guy like me if it worked at all. so its good to see it worked for you. i'll check out your other vids too. now i just have to figure out how im going to come up with the money to buy it. haha

  • @resisthexcept i was hesitant too since i didn't see any real big big people doing it but it is possible. I still can't do all the moves, but i try and if it isn't possible i just jog in place until the next move comes up. all the best!

  • awesome job man keep it up you definitely wont regret it!

  • @Jarred2418 thanks!!

  • hey man good work.

another thing you can do is cut sugar out of your intake in foods, and always workout.

but get some muscle so you don't look like a stick hahah.

    keep it up don't stop

  • inches are what count say away from the scale! lost alot of inches already good job man keep kicking ass

  • @VirkDS i agree!

  • Hey man!! First of all, great job!!!!! Pretty impressive right there!! I got a question that need you to answer! Is it important to follow the nutrition plan?? Did you follow at all? And I don think I can follow it because of my busy schedule! So is it gonna Makes my result bad if I don follow it?? Oh and I eat pretty healthy, and I'm not overweight. Thanks

  • @saurkencharlie I think what you eat is important. everybody's body reacts to food differently so you have to do what works for you. I did take some things from the nutrition guide and combined it with my own. I watched the calories i consumed and ate pretty much the same thing each day---i like things to be simple. And I did have cheat days where I ate pizza and went out with friends.

  • Good Job man. Stick with it and good luck through the rest of the program. I just recieved mine in the mail a few days ago. Going to try the fit test and than give it a go. Just getting all the equipment needed before I start.

  • @nadaking how's everything going for you with p90x?

  • wow dude good job, im starting this tomorrow I just got the dvd's, seems like were about the same weight so it cool to see someone like me doing so well! If you have any advice I would love any tips!

  • @cookiefajar well...i'd say keep track on your food stats, eat right and get enough sleep. those things worked for me.

  • dood good job!

  • @inochi888 thx for the support!
