Hey I got this Systeme on my car ( e-502) but i dont know how to use the knock here systeme... i dont know how to reset it cause the guy who sell me the car didint know what is the pass! help me!
well, believe it or not, it happens all the time. :) There are many instances of this. Sometimes a child may lock the car accidently while playing with the keys. Other times, out of habit, people may lock the car when exiting - while the key is still in the ignition. But in most cases it's due to "passive arming". All aftermarket and even some factory alarm systems have a passive arming mode which locks the car automatically after few seconds of turning off the car.
I still dont understand how could you lock your car and forget the keys inside if you have power lock system. U'd always need your keys to lock your car coz your used to lock it with the remote.
actually i've locked myself out of my car a couple times...while the engine is running too. now i got a plastic key made and put in my wallet...it's the size of a credit card so it fits nicely :D
1paull - this system isnt designed to use it on an everyday basis. or "push a button replacement". This is when you lock your keys inside the car, where you "cant" push the button... :)
