Listen guys XP is Better if its WIn 7 vs win xp 32 bit

If its Win7 vs win xp 64 bit Win 7 better.

And use Xp if u dont have much ram since WIN XP takes less ram than WIN 7.

But WIN 7 faster than WIN XP if u have lot of ram. 64 bit=for gaming multi procces

32bit=if u not use much multi process and OS better

I am not sure about The description of 64 bit 32 bit but other than that i am sure!!

At least, in my computer most games run better in Win7 (only complaint I have about WIn7 compared to Xp is that 7 has too many processes running, which slows down a bit the computer, while I coulld run Xp with only like 6 processes running. On 7 I have like 20 :(. Still a great OS

Did you see the difference at gta4 or prototype, win 7 was better because these games are based more on win 7 than xp.

Go and see the system requirements of battlefield bad company 2, they recommend windows 7.

@cammeranto man it is old right but powerful as a monster.i still use it and play all my games on highest settings wihout a a problem.i play re5 maxed out with 60 fps,metro on high not very high with 25 to 35 fps.it is still a good gpu nowadays.

why does it matter if its ultimate or not, its just a strip out and add one of packages, the os is the same. and xp using barely about 250 mb of ram, while windows 7 uses about 1 G, I prefer xp 100x times over 7, 7 still has the gay vista interface and way too friendly interface for noobs.

on my machine: Athlon X2 4200+, GF 9600GT, 4gb 667MHz ram all of the games I tested ran worse than on XP. I've tested Gears of War, Crysis, Call od Duty 4 and Dark Sector. Unfortunately all of them ran a lot better on XP. Oh and the OS I've tested on was the Windows 7 Professional 64bit from MSDNAA which is the final version.
