you guys dont seem to realize, either way, we'll be paying higher taxes, which will hopefully boost the economy, and help the citizens in the LONG run! so what if you dont get those few extra bucks a month, most of you will probably spend it on items that aren't necessary, i.e. candy, tv, cable, etc. When you should be spending it on paying electric/water/ rent/mortage, and IRA. People will never learn and waste money.

This false propaganda does not state that taxes will only be raised for those earning over $250K/year.

REPUBLICANS only care about winning the election, regardless of how they mislead the public to get votes. All their adds are "bashing" or "negative" adds.

People- if you are making LESS than $250 a year, taxes will not be raised on you by Obama. If you are making over that amount, than yes they will. I assume if you are making that amount or over, you can spring for some more $ for schools, social services, etc. Right?

I'm one of those that was a grunt. An the rich are paying more than their share. The top 10% of wage earners pay 70% of all taxes, where as the bottom 50% pay only 3% of all taxes.

In 2001 10% of the population owned 71% of the wealth, and the top 1% controlled 38%. The bottom 40% owned less than 1% of the nation's wealth.

Suppose this were still true, which it is not. Do you think that 10% could afford to pay just a little more? Maybe 1%? How about that top 1% with 38% of the wealth?

Factor in the Republicans' massive redistribution of wealth over the last seven years, and I think the 1% could spare a little more.

Just goes to prove Rebubs are armchair patriots.
