I would never wear this sort of thing out because I would be afraid the bow would come undone easily and everyone would see my undies, but it's really cute from far away! You couldn't fool me in the sense that I know it's not expensive or very well made, but I don't think I'd be able to tell from the angle you had your camera at that it was a dress shirt. Up close, though, the material is going to be thin so it's not going to look like a professionally made skirt.
