It is stuff like this that makes me hate the fact that a lot of the cool Tales series doesn't make it in English. I loved this games but it didn't even have an English voice cast. It was an epic games and we outside of Japan got cheated out of some great games. I may just buy an imported version and try my luck at swap magic.

Technically, Leon must have lived, otherwise the Eye of God wouldn't be destroyed, because it takes all of the swordians to destroy it.

So Leon either never died, or came back to life and went to the past in another way.

This is where Tales of Destiny 2 (Not eternia) Played that role, Leon was revived shortly after by a sorcercess and so he went to travel with Kyle (main character of 2, Stahn's son) and they went back in time...which then leads to your thought, he actually did insert his swordian in after stahn and his party left after a epic battle with Barbatos

But after that, they fought Elraine, and made it seem that everything she did never happened. INCLUDING reviving Leon.

So basically, Judas/Leon was never there to put in Chaltair into the Eye of God to destroy this. Thus creating a huge plothole because the Stahn and co.'s swordians did not have enough power to destroy the Eye Of God.

Leon is one of the few characters to have his own spin off series in a director cut of a Tales game, if not the only one if i recall correctly. simply put his story and uniqueness amongst the others make him stand out, and that he is right up there with Kratos from Tales of Symphonia as some of the coolest characters around. and no one thinks Leon should replace Stahn, if he did Leon would lose his vaule as the type of character he is, instaed of being what he has become.

@xhenzenhu uhh...Leon doesn't have his own spin-off series...at all. Leon Side in the Tales of Destiny Director's Cut is just the story in his point of view. It then switches to Stan's side after a certain point.
