I was suprised to find this song here as I was not looking for it. I was randomly clicking links.

I love Yuki Kajuras work.. I remember back when I played xenosaga 1 and I heard that they where changing music author for the second game. At first I was worried. Then I heard it was Yuki and my fears where calmed.

I loved her work on .hack//SIGN so I knew the series was in good hands.

It was even better when 3 came out because unlike in 2 she got to do the level music Instead of just cut sceans

@drsusredfish Fanservice doesn't make a good game. A good battle system does, though, and FFX-2 has one, so I like it.

sorry i worded that wrong i didn't mean the fanservice made it alright. the mingames, mutiple endings and lots of hidden stuff made it alright. the battle system was just as good as any other ATB game.

I've heard that there is an artist among the contributors toward Xenosaga's music, where the language is made up. However, there are some parts that look similar to Latin construction "setipaso kamaliho" and "komaporis" as well as "miserere" are similar to dative/ablative/ genitive case words and inifinitive

It's Yuki Kajiura's made up language used for the purpose of her songs, from what I've heard at least, haha

She tends to make up lyrics with some relevant words thrown in to "steer" the meaning. Wether in japanese or latin etc. eg. Thanatos and Maria in "Testemant" or the japanese word for mother (however its spelled) shows up in some songs for xenosaga.
