  • always loved liberaces playing one amazing pianist and a great guy

  • Excelent ! Thank you very much !

  • Elton John is the Lady Gaga to Liberace's Madonna.

Been there. Done that. Better. Than. You. Cupcake.

  • I can just imagine Bizet smiling. It really fits the character Carmen's personality.

  • What an extraordinary player!! regardless of of the blokes poofy ways, he was a wonderful talent

  • I see we have 1 dislike. How can you dislike this?

  • The one who doesn´t like the video is George Bizet!

  • That's my uncle Bob on drums! As a kid, I'd always heard he'd played with Liberace, but this was a blast to find at age 55! Great posts!

  • @robisan Try finding anyone today who is as talented and genuine and artistic. Liberace will never have an equal.

  • looove the way the band faded in

  • he is still so entertaing. and a very elegant performeer. ty for posting.

  • when this wonderful man died the world lost a true treasure. Ive heard him play personally and no one can keep their feet still. there will never be his equal.

  • @drraypowell He can't keep his feet still either.

  • The purists would be catatonic if they heard this.

  • COOL!!

  • man, he really likes that bass line.

  • that fella could sure tickle the ivories

  • I LIKE IT ... SO SPECIAL

  • When he won that lawsuit he used the money to throw a huge gay party ... Gotta love him for that !

  • who cares if h was gay...he was a performing genious

  • The only reason he always denied being gay was because the lawsuit for libel in England that he won was based on the fact he denied being gay when questioned by the prosecutors, he could never admit to it after because he would be accused of perjury.

  • Never seen this one before,i love it.

  • He's brilliant. Never heard this piece before. I watched him many times on our old combo B&W Admiral TV, radio, record player (before they were called turntables!). I don't care if the man had sex with polar bears. That's none of my business and totally irrelevant. Hmmm. Polar bears. I'll bet they're good cuddlers. ....

  • Check out 1:23!!!

The melody moves down one octave, but his hand doesn't!!

  • yes, bad cut from editor!

  • HOMG! that's hilarious! i wonder if the time is just off...?

  • I watched Liberace on the old Curtis Mathis TV when I was a kid. He made piano playing look so easy but he had years of practice and he's still the greatest.

  • An elegantly bravura performance! Thanks for this posting.

  • hoooolllllyyyy s.........

  • What incredible gusto and bravura playing. An inspiring powerful performance from start to finish. Thank you verymuch for posting. Best wishes. Paul.

  • I ♥ Liberace!!!

Was He Gay? Coz I Think He Just Winked At Me

    Check 2:11

  • he claimed he wasn't, but his 'special friend' tried to sue him for millions for co-habitation rights or something..

  • HAHA!

  • Does it matter?

  • I like too much Liberace!!!!!Perla.

  • Lovely just lovely!!!!

  • What a genious! Updating the classics by marrying them to a popular jazz form, in this case, boogie woogie! For me, the best pianist of all time!

  • just incredible. the relaxed way he is playing his instrument. see his face on 0:18 i.e.

thank you showmanlee for sending those videos
