Yoda wasn't the problem with the new trilogy (except for Phantom Menace, but they fixed that), it was Lucas's sub-par script, horrible direction, and the fact that "what he says goes." I think that the reason Yoda jumped right behind Dooku's head without decapitating him was to show that he had won the fight without having to kill him. Yoda had multiple openings to take out Dooku, and he didn't leave himself open once.

I'm thinking Yoda's aversion to killing people motivated him simple to WIN the fight, not kill his adversary.

Hey mate thanks for the feedback, adjusting the lightsabre volume to be higher was the original plan however windows movie maker is quite a basic system and it wouldnt allow me to do it on the version i had at the time.
