there is one advantage to the sound activation setting rather than the RF, and that is that when you dump a pod in, the loader registers this sound and loads balls right down into the breech instead of haveing to fire a shot or do the rip drive with the RF to get balls into the breech.

just got a Proto SLG 09.. with the magna loader is was on sale. great loader.. only problem i had was with the battery. just make sure you have a fully working battery used i used a 9volt.. either then that common sense.. all noted.. the sound activation is spot on no problems.. get it if you want a decent priced fast loader

when you turn it on, just keep holding the button until the led flashes (once only)

and then wait until the white LED to flash then it should be on sound activation.

if u have RF then just put it into ur gun (does not work on ions or shockers...u have to solder it on to the board) then pull the trigger a couple of times during sound activation. (it should turn blue when you pull the trigger a couple of times)

if press the button again before the white LED is on..then u are on prog.mode

on actionvillage, the empire reloader b's i think are down to 60 right now, and the b2's are like 80 something i think. thats probably your best bet. if not, try going on pbnation in the B/S/T forums and you could probably find a pulse or something for like 80ish.
