  • THA BEST Do deadlifts cleans,multiple joint movement exercises like squats lunges..unilateral leg work is great(one leg squats,jumping on a bench alternating legs

  • what weight lifting exercises can i do.

    i don't have any medicine balls.

  • your 4 words helped me alot and also just a question what about if they take .5 seconds with the short steps for the 10m then it would be more efficient for them

  • so longer extention from the start to finish? so when i come out of the blocks i should try to do a longer step?
