Hello miss omiscient...Ive done a liver/gallbladder flush in which a long strand of mucoid plaque was expelled just like theirs. Guess what, all i drank was Salt and olive oil. My allergies went away, but that must have been just a random miracle at the exact same time lol..

I'm glad your allergies went away, but the stuff recommended really dose cause those rubbery strings to form.

I have to agree, i do like Mr Nash his health book as great info but i'm afraid that mucoid plaque is nothing more than a rubbery arse cast !
