I agree, love the scruffy look, as well. Charles is a handsome man, but here he looks rather white collar. Rough him up with some facial hair and jeans and he's downright hot!
A friend of mine told me he looks like Lance Bass and I said he does not, he's much better looking than Lance! He reminds me of Ryan Gosling in the notebook.
Always fun to see these old videos of Charles and Dave (and Slim).
