It follows about the first 12 chapters and then rest is all made up and it doesn't follow the second half of the manga, but it's still great. It also leaves you hanging at the end of the anime, it only has 14 episodes and was finished before the manga itself was finished, but if you're a fan of Dears, you'll enjoy watching it anyways. I have the full disk set.

Difference Between DearS and Sora No Otoshimono... nothing much apart little details. (and the fact that the Lead Female in DearS trys to have sex with the Lead Male, While in SNO the Tomoki is a Pervert).
