  • THANKS

  • BILL CLINTON ONTOP VOICE SYNTHESIER CALVIN KEIZ FROGMEN SUDI NO

  • @guineapigslave2,

Your violent rhetoric betrays you. He doesn't need to be a doctor or scientist, given that we already know from THIS video, that this base is covered. Get real. You can claim interpretation, but you can not prove it,and I base my belief on his 'record' of a just, compassionate and merciful heart, what do you base your beliefs on I wonder ? You can claim its by men, but then why do billions follow it, and live their life through it ? It is obvious. Your heart is hateful.

  • @leebojammin What the hell does Jesus have to do with how anyone eats? He may have been a great prophet, he may even have been the "son of God," but he wasn't a nutritionist, medical doctor, or a scientist. He may not have even been a vegetarian, since the bible is open to a hell of a lot of interpretation...and it is a bunch of stories compiled by MEN. The bible is the LAST place anyone should use as a source of information for how to eat healthy. AND for centuries it has been leather bound!

  • Great video, and it verified what I ve known for at least the last 20 years; That Jesus was a vegetarian ( do internet search for: did jesus eat meat ), asked that people 'show me mercy, not sacrifice' ( as do many other religions in the world have such tenants), so this further proves that as a species, aside from the 'painful and immoral' act of eating meat, its also verifibly a bad diet.

Plant Diet=good for us, no harm done as they have no brains or nervous system

    Easy decision

  • Well done! The pure humane truth.

  • Yet another vegan propaganda video. Eat less animal foods? I have no problem with that but cut them out altogether? There is absolutely no health reason to do this. The healthiest, longest-lived populations all include some animal foods. There are no exceptions. There are no vegan populations and humans never consumed a vegan diet during our evolution. If you want to be a vegan then be one! Just don't impose your irrational beliefs on the rest of us!

  • @auggiedoggy There absolutely are health reasons to cut animal products out all together if you have type 2 diabetes or have a pre-diabetes condition. I agree though, someone who has a perfectly healthy bmi shouldn't worry about consuming a little animal products, even if roughly 60% of all cancers are linked to bad diet. These aren't irrational beliefs though, not when Dr. Barnard and his team at George W. U. proved that a vegan diet reverses type 2 diabetes and improves type 1.

  • @AmericanCritiquer : There is no reason to cut out animal foods but plenty of reason to cut out grains, legumes and dairy. Studying hunter/gatherer groups consuming a diet of lean meats, fish, vegetables, fruits and root vegetables illustrates this quite nicely. They have ideal lipid profiles, do not get obese or suffer from many of the diseases that most westerners do. You should get a copy of "Food and Western Disease: Health and Nutrition from an Evolutionary Perspective by Staffan Lindberg.

  • @auggiedoggy People in hunter gatherer societis had a life expectancy of 30 years. Learn the facts,. Besides, we are herbivores. How can foods that we're not supposed to eat, give us good health?

  • @rettsmedisiner : I was talking mostly about modern hunter/gatherers - those tribes studied in the past century or so. Your 30 year figure is is way off base. For example, in the Kitava Study Lindburg documented that there were elderly people, men and women well into their 80's, even a few in their 90's and one man was a centenarian. Your figure is still low for our Palaeolithic ancestors but you fail to mention the true cause for their shorter lifespan and it has nothing to do with diet.

  • @auggiedoggy Meat eating societies have the higest mortality and disease rates in the world. The more meat the worse for sb. And of course this happens because we are plant eaters by nature. It's like feeding a rabbit meat and then wonder why he/she got cholesterol and died prematurely. It is scientifically proven how meat and dairy cause heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, etc.

  • @rettsmedisiner : Your statements are not supported by actual research of hunter/gatherer groups over the past century. Also, we are not plant eaters by nature our distant (non-human) ancestors were. Our present species has been consuming animal foods in various forms and amounts for over 2 million years and hunter/gatherer societies are far healthier than any agrarian societies. In fact, the decline in human health is observable in the fossil record.

  • @auggiedoggy Study physiology and anatomy first and then make a statement about that matter. I am sick and tired of every illiterate person playing the expert of nutrition! WE ARE HERBIVORES.

  • @rettsmedisiner : Why do vegans always have to get nasty when they run out of factual evidence to back up their claims. I'm sorry that science doesn't support your case but there's no need to resort to ad hominem attacks. If that's the direction you are going to take this then adios. The taxonomy argument also fails. The fact that you call humans herbivores illustrates to any thinking persons here that you know nothing about taxonomy. There are VAST differences between herbivores and humans.

  • @auggiedoggy I am in med school you moron. And I have studied A LOT about physiology, anatomy and comparative biology. I am not going to waste my time with someone who is uneducated, like you. There is research available. Go read that, and what I mentioned before.. In the meantime, I don't see why I should talk to you, like I don't see how I can reason with a mentally retarded person. Once you educate yourself we should talk again.

  • @rettsmedisiner : If you have studied comparitive biology and anatomy and you still believe what you claim to believe then you've wasted a lot of money on your education. There are plenty of taxonomists and primatologists that back up what I say so I could care less what you claim to be studying in school. Its probably better that you stop "talking" any further as you have no arguments but plenty of name-calling - the sure sign of a loser. I'm done with you.

  • @auggiedoggy Of course we're done talking. There are a lot of morons who believe stuff with NO EVIDENCE, like you and those like you. Seriously go study to educate yourself. In the meantime I will delete the next message you will sent because I cannot afford to talk to a bunch of idiots.

  • @auggiedoggy : It is common for detractors of a Palaeolithic style diet to erroneously blame the diet for their shorter (compared to us) lifespan. The reasons should be obvious. We live longer because of medicine and the fact that we don't have to deal with large predatory animals or the brutal lifestyle they lived. One factor that drastically affects these statistics is death at childbirth. Take the diet and remove the hazards I mentioned and you have a much more favourable outcome.

  • Other studies have shown that a half pound of steak that is grass fed will give you around 650 mg of omega three whereas grain fed would give you around 250 mg. Realistically that is not much. Consider that 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil has 7520 mg of Omega 3!!! 1 Table spoon of ground flax seed has 1470 mg of omega 3.

  • Is it really the meat or the fact that grain-fed animals have an omega 6 to omega 3 imbalance which ends up causing or contributing to inflammation in the body and thus resulting in degenerative disease. "Wikipedia" states that there have been studies to show this. Does anyone know more about these "studies"?

    /wiki/Omega-3_fatty_acid#cite_ref-tribole2007_81-0 states that the

  • I read a journal article “Digestion, Milk Production, Milk composition, and Blood Composition of Dairy Cows Fed Whole Flaxseed” which showed that feeding cows good sources of Omega 3 FA affects their Omega-3 levels. However the increase is only from 0.44 % of total fatty acids at baseline to 0.9% which is a statistically significant change, but in all reality not a huge increase.

  • @Trakkeryt So if you had the choice (and the money) go with the animal products that are from healthy, grass fed, flax seed fed cows. But in all honesty, you would live much cheaper and healthier by just throwing some ground flaxseed into your fruit smoothie, something I highly recommend! Try pouring that on your oatmeal and you have a great breakfast.

  • @puder2002 Flaxseed only contains small chain omega 3 fatty acids, which are good, but its the long chains chains which are essential because the human body cannot synthesize them. Fortunately animals can. Chickens can convert the small chain fatty acids in flaxseed into the long versions. Grass fed meats will have the long chains, so they seem to still be healthier imo.

  • @Trakkeryt I looked it up and we most definitely can change small into large omega fatty acids. However infants can not and thus infants need to be breast fed or receive formula with high omega 3 long chain content. I am not aware of any other diet then that in this video which reverses diabetes and heart disease as proven by scientific studies.

  • @puder2002 thanks for looking it up. I need to do some more research. hmm, maybe it was the fact that we can only convert a small amount of small chain over to large, and that this wasn't enough without a proper supply. I am still not convinced though that it is the fat and meat, but the quality of these things. The paleo diet is showing people reversing their heart disease and diabetes by consuming foods balanced in omega 3/6 and reducing gut irritants such as lectins, etc.

  • @Trakkeryt Who is doing this research? Do you have a journal article you can advise me to look up? I agree it is multifactorial, and likely the switch from how animals are fed does play a role, however look at the big picture I present though out my three videos.

  • @puder2002 From the data I've seen, I'm speculating that obesity doesn't really increase the risk of diabetes but rather obesity is one of the early signs of diabetes which is actually caused by insulin resistance. The inflammation seems to hinder the effects of satiety hormones which increases calorie consumption and due to poor food quality, inflammation continues. Insulin spikes from sugar/refined flour also cause inflammation. Have you seen this perspective before? What are your thoughts?

  • @Trakkeryt Just look at the maps I show in the beginning of video 1, where obesity increases, diabetes follows. Also look at the Adventist Study which shows that BMI is related to diabetes. I agree that poor food quality might play a part, however obesity also plays a huge part.

  • very nice but...when you speak you must look at the camera ! and you have a little bit to much hands gesture or un natural gestures good luck.

  • Excellent video! This needs to get wide circulation.
