We have a 1952 screw in fuse panel in our old cottage. It is currently on an inside wall in the bathroom right over an electric water heater. We are going to move the water heater and the box. Since our electric sevice entrance just outside the box we would just like to turn the box 180 deg to become an outside breaker box mounted on the outside wall. We are not upto code right now but one one here is. Will the new residential code allow a new outdoor breaker box be mounted on an outside wall?
We are all now dumber for having watched this video. 2:14 I can't get back. :(

I had my Houston TX Electrician install this for me. And Mister Sparky.com always does a great job.
