  • I think this could have been more embracing if Nature were included. Nature as created is thought as well as that which is also creature. Nature as Essence is I AM or that which is beyond thought. I guess I want to be all inclusive of Native American and other indigenous tribes. I'm also meditating on the Keres Pueblo Thinking Woman who sounds close to Genesis 1:2, "Earth was without form and void..." out of which the Word (thought) arises. In other words, unity is more than euro-asia.

  • Beautiful. Thank you.

  • What is the music playing? I know I've heard it so many times, I can't believe I don't know it.

  • That there is a "God" standing over all the religions is also a mere opinion of the mind. If one day you say you are a theist and the next day say that you are an atheist, these also are opinions of the mind, just as it is so to say you are Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jew, or Muslim. All of these are opinions of the mind. Ask "Who am I?", which is beyond all these opinions of the mind.

  • What if one day? What if one day I say I am a Buddhist, The next day say I am a Christian, The next say I am a Hindu, The next day a Jew, The next a Muslim, And the next day something else? Has the "I" actually changed, Or only the opinions of the mind? Who am "I"? That is not answered by mere opinions of the mind.
  • Do you REALLY believe that the religions are the same. Besides, if one day after saying "I am Buddhist", I then say, "I am Bahai" has anything changed, or only the opinion of the mind. Did you actually watch the video to see that this is the point, or did you just read the title and presume you knew what that point was.

  • Herad about Bahai? You're one, I guess. It's a religion that believes in the 5 major religions in the world. Check it out on the internet.

  • To whom are you writing this reply? In other words, who is the "You're one, I guess" to whom you are referrning? Whomever you are talking to, to say that "you" are one is the same mental trap as saying "I" am one, which is the point of this video. It is all about change of opinion, and then most people literally believe that they "are" this opinion. Do you understand that this is the point of the video?

  • I am not guided by Christians to the way of Truth, but by the hand of Christ.

I am not guided by Jews to the way of Truth, but by the hand of Abraham.

I am not guided by Muslims to the way of Truth, but by the hand of Muhammad.

I am not guided by Hindus to the way of Truth, but by the hand of Gandhi.

I cannot be guided by Atheists to the way of Truth: Only by our Father's messengers.

  • In the opinion of mind, one is guided by this or that. Then one day, somebody knocks on the door with their propoganda, and you say "I am a Christian" Still, it is the opinion of mind which has changed. The following day the person actually reads the book, finds it not worthy of pursuing, and then says "I am" something else. Still, it is the opinion of mind which has changed. This kind of truth is very, very difficult to handle for people who have identified with only one opinion.

  • wow, it finally clicks into place. I knew this all along but didnt realize it...wow. what a relief.

  • One of my favorite quotes from Gandhi was: "I am a Muslim, a Hindu, a Christian and a Jew!"

  • There a religion called Bahai that combine five major religions

  • ...and if the next day I say I am a Bahai, has the "I" actually changed, or only the opinions of the mind? Who am "I"? That is not answered by mere opinions of the mind. Even then, after saying that I am a Bahai, the answer is still only in stillness and silence, beyond the opinions of the mind. In stillness and silence, all divisions disappear. May all humans one day see that we are all of the same one source. What if one day?

  • So thats like Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism and Sikhism?

  • That is a religion call Bahai which they combine all the religions. It may sound nice but think about it, it's like going to a Gp when you're very seriously ill, instead of seeing a specialist

  • Bahá'í teachings emphasize the underlying unity of the major world religions. Religious history is seen to have unfolded through a series of divine messengers, each of whom established a religion that was suited to the needs of the time and the capacity of the people. These messengers have included Krishna, Abraham, the Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad and others, including most recently Bahá'u'lláh.

  • In Bahá'í belief, each messenger taught of the next, and Bahá'u'lláh's life and teachings fulfill the end-time promises of previous scriptures. Humanity is understood to be involved in a process of collective evolution, and the need of the present time is for the gradual establishment of peace, justice and unity on a global scale.

  • Three core principles establish a basis for Bahá'í teachings and doctrine: the unity of God, the unity of religion, and the unity of humankind.[3] From these postulates stems the belief that God periodically reveals his will through divine educators, whose purpose is to transform the character of humankind and develop, within those who respond, moral and spiritual qualities. Religion is thus seen as orderly, unified, and progressive from age to age.

  • Nice!

i hope even we do have different believes and religions, there's still a bit respects to each other lies in everyone's heart~

    peace~

  • Thank you

  • Beautiful

  • It is hard to not get pulled into the everyday. I find it difficult at times to remember that in stillness, I am really me. Great message.

  • i like how videos like these dont attract as much attention as the ones with religions fighting against eachother.... good job, and keep spreadin the word

  • nice, thanks
