I think this is one of the best DR moments.

The second guy (fatter plumber) I always thought was in on the joke as some of the things he says don't seem natural ie would he really say that the portaloos were an "extravagance" ? Also when he says that they'd need to talk to McAlpine ? I I know he's laughing all the way, but it could still have been scripted. Anyway doesn't make it any less hilarious. Culshaw rocks.
