The Be-200 yet is another amazingly versatile design from Russia. I have a soft spot for flying boats as I used to live just a few hundred metres from the old Shorts factory on the River Medway in Rochester, England where they manufactured the Sunderland flying boat. It is very sad that flying boats seem to have fallen out of favor with us here in the west..
