I don't think you can transfer characters between accounts, can you? I'm pretty sure Blizzard is 100% against people buying characters from each other which would be the only function of this. Well that and if you wanted to multibox with two characters you have on the same account you would need to move one to a different account.

go back to were you started adn walk straight to the balcony there you will see the LICH KING talk to him and you will get your first quest :) hope this helped

Well you can make as many as you want as long as they are on different servers . You can only have one per server and yes you have to have a 55 on that server in order to make it.

To create a Death Knight you must have at least one character on any realm that is level 55 or above.
