Hi jack I see it's your first MTR video. I still waiting for our new trains to get in service I hope by december as there now as ETS is now "testing" full consists instead of a single lrt car. I made a video about the train ride in west edmonton mall for now.

Ok, this is the style of train that Vancouver should use for transit expansion. They could just put trolley wires along the old BC electric railway line, and have those cars.

Skytrain needs expanding, and it expensive. I think the future expansion to less populated routes should be this ground level style, electric powered, and they can use GPS, encoders on the axle, and sensors near stations to control future trains.

Train expansion doesn't have to cost 100,000 dollars a meter.

Vancouver driver!! i thought they are using these cars for the canada line. (Well simialer korean ROTEM brand ones that hong kong uses) Athought vancouver's are fitted with third rail instead of hong kong's overhea wires.
