Hmm, i play it differently, (worse), these guys seem to involve themselves in small fights where i would try to expand and take territory... but i play on a 19x19...
I can't believe Sierra is a beginner. Nobody plays that kind of Go during their first game. She's too good to be that much of a beginner - unless she has the ghost of Fujiwara no Sai whispering into her ear.
computernerd1101 you know i also started to like and play go because of hikaru so your comment didnt make me @ feel so bad about playing because of that
This is good. o.o; You explained the basic rules, and basic concept in just one short game! Nice job! Just don't like it when you guys say "atari" while playing :(
this was a nice introduction to the wonderful game of Go, WeiQi or Baduk =) thanks for sharing it, and help people to learn it and make it more popular :D. I hope you´ll make some other videos and show, for example how to count territory after the game properly =) I think this would help alot of new players.
I think this is a wonderful introduction to go/baduk ^_^
excellent and fun for beginners. if only a whole DVD-length instructional could be produced and widely distributed in this kind of format, I think the game's popularity could grow a lot.
Well, that was cute and actually pretty informative.

Thank you for this great and funny Go Tutorial.
I’ve founded a Go group in the North German village I live in and will send the members here. I just wish you’d upload more of your lessons here :-)
Thanks again, Tom

This is a great, informal video for a beginner who wants to learn strategy rather than the rule set. Thanks for making this!

@halperinio Why are you telling me this? Did you think I was trying to make you feel bad? I don't see the point of your last comment.

@computernerd1101 I think he means that he feels better knowing that others also started go because of hikaru no go.

Excellent tutorial! I love Go. I wish there were a lot more Go videos on Youtube.
By the way, the attempts at English were really good. I could understand you both.
