  • What does the comment about Messianic Jew mean?

  • Amen!

  • What's up terrorist. This "church" is being watched by the F.B.I. and rightly so. You people are a threat to our freedom and utterly un-American. You should go join the Taliban.

  • Caught a glimpse of your wife in tha last video. That's one fugly lady you have there.

  • Gee shawn, if that's the case, it sounds like gay people who have faith, don't have anything to worry about. Idiot.

  • Two immutable facts:

    1) You cannot defend your "KJV only" position.

    2) Fact #1 will not deter you from trying to defend it.

Your mind is like concrete, I'm afraid: All mixed up & firmly set.

  • Calling dozens of different bibles containing contrary doctrines the Word of God, that's pretty mixed up. Sounds like utter confusion. King James Bible people are the only ones firmly set? Listen to yourself: "You cannot" and "Fact #1". Haha. You sound like the most fundamental KJV rejectors out there.

  • You're a hypocrite. Those are immutable facts, are they?

Many KJV people believe in the king james because there are so many mistakes in the other translations.

Others believe in the king james because all the new translations are translated from Catholic manuscripts that have the apocrypha in the old testament instead of between the testaments like the 1611.

  • Wow...you just absorb everything someone tells you and then parrot it as if its fact, huh? I suppose you also believe the government took down the twin towers on 9/11/01.

  • What are you talking about?

  • I'd love to see a psychological profile on you, Shawn. You might be the biggest whack job on Youtube.

Happy Thanksgiving, whackjob. Try not to murder anyone.

  • great sermon Victor!

  • Right...proof written by folks who have the same warped dogmas you have. I'm not one who believes James I was a homosexual. My point is that you cannot just blindly accept what people feed you. I am also not a big fan of the NIV, but like ALL translations in EVERY language, it has its merits and its faults. KJV included. Did you know the KJV originally included the apocrypha?? How are you gong to spin that one??

  • Have any of you morons ever researched King Henry VII? Do you realize that's who authorized your precious KJV Bible. A drunke, adulterous, murdering, gambler. Inspired by god indeed.

Of course knowing you Shawn, you probably don't have any issues with murder and adultery. All you Christian hypocrites make excuses for your own behavior, of course. All that judgement and finger pointing is reserved for others, right?

  • You are completely insane and need to be institutionalized. I'd love for you to provide one shred of evidence that you or anyone else is "inspired by god."

You give yourself way too much credit.

  • 1) It's interesting that you throw that supposition about homosexuals translating the NIV, because there is ample evidence out there that King James I (the namesake for your ONLY translation) was a homosexual. So at least the NIV isn't NAMED for a homosexual.

    2) You still never showed me the words "King James" in the text of the Bible. Nice side-stepping on that.

You'll never be able to prove that the King James Version is the ONLY reliable translation of the Bible.

  • So you're an inspired apostle of Christ, are you? Wow...you must be 2,000+ years old! Cool! You folks are missing the point here. I am not arguing that the truth cannot be translated into any language. The point being made is this: There is NOTHING you can use to prove that the KJV is more acceptable to God than the NKJV, etc. Show me the words "King James" in the text of the Bible, and you'll have me convinced. Good luck with that.

  • The NIV Bible is one of the greatest atrocities being perpetrated within modern Christendom. The NIV translation was influenced by FEMINISM! Hello, if you know anything about the feminist movement and their advocacy of the deterioration of the conventional family structure and gender roles, then you realize how demented the NIV translation truly is. There are numerous omissions, insertions, generalizations, corruptions, purposeful mistranslations and minimizations. It's the NOT Inspired Version!

  • Good to hear.

  • Yeah its pathetic...its clear that God has given them over to a reprobate mind, im pretty sure theres abosutely no chance of em getting saved now.

  • Brother Anderson, you look different. Did you get a hair cut?

    Good preaching as always!

  • So can people who don't speak English and cannot read the King James Bible NOT know the truth? Do they have to learn English to be saved?

  • The King James Bible or at least parts of it have been translated into virtually every language.

  • But it ceases to be the King James Bible when it is translated. A translation of a translation is NOT the original translation.

  • rproark: But it continues to be God's Word as long as God is the one doing the translating. God is multilingual you know.

  • So you're telling me God is translating the King James Version into other languages? The men who are doing the translating are inspired? Book, chapter, & verse for that, please.

  • "The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever" Psalm 12:6-7

"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away." Matt 24:35

  • Even the King James relied on earlier translations which would make it a translation of translations. The question is whether the product says the same thing as the source. Read Acts 2. It didnt seem like God had any problem putting his word into the tongue of every nation then.

Perhaps you should really look into this subject before spouting off like a fool for all of youtube to see.

  • The King James Authorized Version is sufficient, and people are without excuse.

  • pork - If the translation maintains word-for-word consistency with the Byzantine majority text-type (Textus Receptus), then the translation remains pure.

  • Nope...there is no way you can have a word-for-word translation from ANY language into another. There is not a language in existence that has an EXACT equivalence. You guys absolutely grasp at straws that aren't even there to maintain this faulty position. But you'll never give it up. You'll just keep on trying to formulate bogus arguments that some of the more gullible folks out there will shrug their shoulders and accept. Shame on you.

  • do you believe they need to learn greek and hebrew to get saved? At least english is still a language ppl are speaking!

I believe God can give his word in any language. But I would have to be a fool to think that two books that are different when theyre in the same language are both the God's Word.

  • Yeah...neither of those verses mentions anything about a specific translation...English or otherwise. Besides that, once you translate it out of English (OLD English at that), it ceases to be the KJV. Not to mention I have a copy of the KJV as it appeared in 1611, and it barely resembles the KJV we have today. The KJV Only doctrine is a house of cards...built on nothing but the tradition of men.

  • In my opinion best to disable ratings on these vids now, theres an army of downraters going around to each vid, probably homo's angry at the preaching.

  • Thanks for putting that foreign accent to much better use than richard dawkins and ray comfort. They're going to hell.

  • Why are they going to hell?

  • Theyre not saved....?

  • Why aren't they saved?

  • Dawkins in an athiest and Comfort is trusting on his own works + faith to get him to heaven.

  • Errrrrm...OK. I will leave you to that idea...

  • Why on Earth would you claim that Ray Comfort is going to hell? He's one of the few preachers in California who will actually preach on hell!

  • He says you have to repent of your sins to be saved, which is a lie.

(Jonah 3:10) And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

(Ephesians 2:8-9) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

  • Yes, repentance is an absolute requirement of salvation.

"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: REPENT AND BELIEVE the Gospel." (Mark 1:15)

"I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." (Matthew 9:13; Mark 2:17; Luke 5:32)

"I testified both to the Jews and to the Greeks repentance toward God AND faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ." (Acts 20:21)

"I showed them... that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance." (Acts 26:20)

  • good job bro.tey
