@Odettesharesherheart I have to disagree with you. I learned how to cook can beans from a lady who very traditional, and her sons, family and friends knew the better. My dear departed Mother-in-Law. Who in my eyes was the best cook I had ever eaten from, and who in this day and age really has the time to soak them all day long, then come home from a hard days work to cook them for maybe another 2 or 3 hours. Really!!! H
