A scam is something that one "organization" makes to make money from people that those people get nothing back from it... so by you're own saying it's a legit program. I also know someone who went. A lot of places and companies and organizations get sued or have lawsuits against them for a variety of reasons. People to People has been around since the '50s so I'm sure it's fine.

And there are scholarships AND financial aid now, we went last week.

@ThEManIsChris I'm not sure I didn't have a laptop at the time. Most hotels there had computers you could rent for like so much an hour in the lobby. I would assume you could take it, but as much as you switch coaches, ect ect, I would not reccomend taking it.

@ThEManIsChris It has been 4 years since I went on the trip, and when I went, there was no financial aid or loans or anything. If you did get a loan, it would have to be through your bank, not through this program.

@p2pAdventurer Yes you can do bake sales and car wash and stuff like that, but that depends on where you live. You may get enough profit from that. Where I'm located, that was not a good option because not enough profit for the time spent. So I just got a part time job.

@SuperSamy2011 Depends on where you're traveling to, but usually it's around $7,000.00, but it's defiantly worth it.

@ThEManIsChris It has been 4 years since I went on the trip, and when I went, there was no financial aid or loans or anything. If you did get a loan, it would have to be through your bank, not through this program.
