Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution limits federal ownership of and within states to a very few uses. Most of the federally owned lands fall outside of the parameters allowed by the Constitution and should be returned to the states

Bishop is hardly an unbiased source. Like most Republicans from Utah, he is against wilderness, period. The border issue is only his newest rhetorical cudgel.
