Slight correction- I believe this is when she is planning on sleeping with Damian to pay him off from the Bobbie Seduction bet. Kevin mentions the Bobbie/Damian mess in the clip. Lucy has set the scene for the seduction of Damian and told Bobbie to show up at the right time because Bobbie doesn't believe that Damian doesn't really care for her. The Joe Scully thing came much later.
I don't remember if Lucy and Kevin were a serious couple at this time. Probably not? Cus if they were, Kevin would be very angry with Lucy for trying to seduce Joe Scully. :) She is planning on sleeping with Joe right? :)
