I think anything can be scary sometimes. Take a fork for example. You use them every day and they seem pretty harmless, but it's a very dangerous weapon, perfect for murdering unsuspecting victim...

That's very true! I mean yes Tiny Toons is nearly always happy and goofy. But it has its moments of being frightening and scary! But well a lot of cartoons have been like that! But that's what makes them great!
