When I download it, there's just a big gaping hole where the mod was supposed to be! What have I done wrong? The installer was very stupid and annoying (I had to download twice because of some problems)-... I did everything correctly, does anyone else experience this?

@CaNxYoUxStoP hey just so you know if you run the installer as an admin it will work except for the plaza itself will be rather glitchy with cars and peds everywhere, haha. apparently the way to fix that is to manually download it but that never works for me.....so who knows! haha im fine with it right now in tbogt because i base jump off of it =)

@tooch1995 yeah i have tried everything...i ran the installer as an admin, installed it as complete and custom and neither works..i really want to get this workin but all i get is a black invisible spot on the ground

@peterganna unfortunetly it is put where some roads went around city hall so until we figure out how to make paths for the cars to go around the site, 0.3 will automatically delete the file where the car paths around the site go, so there wont be cars going around it yet.

@miller45103 for the most part i use icnhancer 1.3 and it enhances all of the visuals to look for realistic, so it gives the sky its nice clear realistic clear effect.
