most Asian hair could fairly be described as black. I think someone below already said that she is half white, which would account for any dark brown tint. If she was 100% Vietnamese I think most people would consider the hair black, but this was already discussed below wasn't it? And not all Arabs live in Asia.

pier one imports sells coat racks during the fall/winter/christmas season, mainly just during the christmas season .....they don't carry them in spring or summer though.....
