gppd video card? U mean graphics card but wotever... Plus... dont forget that a pc's performance is based on 3 major things... CPU, RAM and Graphics card... when u get a badass rig tho, u hav to concern urself with extra stuff, like its internal temperature, and wot kind of circuits are used in that beast. Plus, dont forget that u have to have a beastly motherboard to get it all going. Im being an asshole right now, lecturing u about something minor... but I would hate to c someone throw 150$

I've played both, Xbox 360 is better but the fact it breaks so easily sucks, and the PS3 has slightly better graphics.

Of course you should buy PC version ,on PC version you have acces to mods that enhance the gameplay ,for example you can join the enclave and command soldiers, order satelital bombarding oh and you can kill children(normally you can't) believe me once you get to the children "city" your first thoughts would be to kill those annoying kids but sadly on 360 and ps3 you can't.

No it's not exactly illegal, at least not in America. It's mainly just frowned upon and can cause a lot of controversy...and I'm sure Bethesda wanted as many people as possible to buy the game.

It would be a stupid move to make a game that involved killing children in my opinion...
