Obama did not vote for the War because he was not in Congress at that time. He was in the Illinois State Senate!....We are fighting in Afghanistan against people who bombed NYC and who still wants to kill Americans....that's why the Patriot Act is still upheld!...As a President his foremost duty is to keep our Country safe!

Your Obama talking points sound cute but He voted for every budget increase and every troop extention!!! And just Put 100,000 contractors in Iraq.

I see a political ruse in affect. Just when this string held puppet to the banks and socialist movement popularity starts to slip, bang, Noble prize. I can't under stand how a person who has caused so much devide since Bush in this country gets a peace prize. Ghandi WAS a rascist. He told Hitler he wasn't as bad as people made him out to be, told Churchill to surrender to hitler! Ghandi treated his children like shit! He hated blacks and said that the white man was good for Africa whilst fighting to get them out of India, he would not sit next to black people or walk through the same door as one, while in Africa he asked if Indians could have a seperate door! This is known but kept quiet you have to be serious about ghandi to find this stuff out!!

I wonder if your knowledge of Mahatma Gandhi (not Ghandi) goes beyond that of Attenborough's film. In that film an Englishman calls him Ghandi, and so do you. You say that Gandhi would not sit with black people, etc., which you claim, have been kept secret. Would be kind enough to give references to the source of your information? Gandhi did not hate ANYONE. He said quite clearly that his fight was against the British EMPIRE, and not againt the British PEOPLE.
