Why should Obama respond to the oil spill? I don't see anything in Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution about oil spills--nor anywhere in the document. Ron Paul 2012.

Obama's response through his press secty was to keep their boot on the throat of BP which is typical of obama's style. He's the tough talking guy who doesn't really know what he's doing and after over 18 months still blaming Bush.
