This was my first "real" coaster! It's really small and looks childish, but even now I still find it at least semi-thrilling. Great starter coaster for people who haven't ridden any coasters before!

if i remember correctly this ride goes upside down but you dont have over shoulder restraints like a normal coaster you just have a lap bar and i remember going on this ONCE cuz when we went over the loop i smacked my face on my knees

@SwiftingRabbit the same thing happened to us. It's just like a mini version of Kumba I think. But I think the lines are so long on this ride is because you only have to be 42 inches so the smaller kids can ride it.

Okay question, you know most looping coasters have these securite barrels over your head, this one doesn't. Why is that.

@sushifornico this coaster is called a "schwarzkopf looper" i hope i spelled that right. anyway, this is only one of 3 left of it's kind in the world. it is a lap bar instead of a shoulder harness because the loop is the only inversion on the ride and after the loop, it goes into a 900 degree helix. the lap bar also holds you in well enough not to need a shoulder harness. i hope i helped. if my information is wrong, please tell me. i have gone to BG tampa for 10 years, so i know a lot.

This was the only roller coaster at Busch Gardens that we DIDN'T go on. The line was too long and the roller coaster didn't look worth it for the line. But compared to the other roller coasters, does anyone know if this ride is worth it?

Scorpion was my first roller coaster in this style(I rode Big Thunder Mountain and Space Mountain before it, but those coasters are lame compared to the real ones) and it got me over my fear of these big ones. Thanks Scorpion, would have missed out on a ton of awesome coasters!

@XCharlieX1000 its a looping coaster, most of them dont have shoulder restraints but dont worry, theres a lap bar and you dont feel like youll fall out of your seat :D
