this looks challenig. does anyone have any reviews of the dvd they would like to share?

@angel54020 This is a fantastic DVD for but is only suitable for intermediate to advanced yogis/yoginis. There is a beginners version of this DVD called Duncan Wong - Awakening. Duncan is one of the true great masters enjoy :)
